A . __________________________ . B
A RAY has one endpoint (where it begins from) and it is continuous forever in ONE direction. An "arrowhead" shows continuous travel. When you label your ray, the first letter should be your endpoint. This example would be labeled: BA ------> <-------A-.--------------------------------------B .
A LINE is continuous forever in BOTH directions. So it has two arrowheads.
