| Older students researched sculpture and created abstract sculptures out of plaster of paris, while the primary grades created salt dough creatures during the month of January.
Sculpting with plaster of paris was a fun and messy project! We started with a "blob" of semi-dry plaster in a baggie, and, over the course of 2 classes, turned it into a work of art. If you stop by school, you will see evidence of our research and pictures of our sculptures! |
