| Welcome! | | | | "Enjoy Life" | The Resource Department incorporates both push-in and pull-out models of
instruction. We service students with a variety of special needs. When pushing in, I enjoy supporting the goals/objectives
of the student while working alongside the regular education teacher.
When I pull a group into my classroom, I implement a parallel
teaching approach. This aligns classroom standards/expectations with
individual goals and objectives.
While I continue to service
students with their individual needs in mind, I try and take a modern
look at the "least restrictive" environment for that student. I feel
this is the best approach in reaching the educational needs of the
students, while keeping the social needs of that student in mind.
Please feel free to stop by and visit me at any time, as I encourage and welcome visitors. (Room 209)
