| PEK-PROJECT EARLY KINDERGARTEN |  | We have two classrooms in our new program for 3 and 4 year olds. Each classroom consists of 18 children, 10 four year olds and 8 three year olds in each classrooms. Mrs. Cheryl Dinger is in room 104 and Mrs. Alicia Runquist in room 106.
The curriculum for our program is Doors to Discovery, a literacy based curriculum. We also use the curriculum Handwriting Without Tears, and Everyday Math for Preschool.
The program is a 6 1/2 hour full day program from 9:10- 3:40, with breakfast and lunch. The day consists of large, & small group, active learning, motor, rest time, and at least three story times.

Children's Musuem
Belwin Nature Center is scheduled for May of 2008. Parents volunteers are welcome. We will be on walking
tour of the woods, exploring the outdoors and finding new treasures for the Back Yard Detective Unit.
SUMMER-possibly to Minnesota Zoo during our Water Unit.
